REIB’s well engineered layout encapsulates advanced and mechanized machineries and equipment. Spanning over 157,000 square meters of land area with multiple workshops, REIB has a nominal production capacity of 45,000 tons per annum.
Fabrication accuracy and efficiency are ensured using a range of extremely fast and advanced computer numerical controlled (CNC) machines such as Ficep and Vernet:

A full-scale tower-prototype assembly can be conducted at our large outdoor area, equipped with a 15m high x 30m portal crane.
Upgrading and expansion of our galvanizing facilities is in progress. It will have a 12.5m (L) x 1.8m (W) x 2.5m (D) zinc kettle. The molten zinc is maintained at optimum temperature by a modern thermal efficient furnace system, equipped with high velocity dual fuel burners (which are completely PLC monitored and controlled). To prevent environmental pollution and operator safety, the plant is also equipped with a water treatment plant, acid fume scrubber, zinc kettle fume enclosure and bag filtration system to ensure that REIB upholds the highest level of responsibility to the society and environment.
